“Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.” (Martin Luther King Jr.): I don’t know how you’re feeling about the world, but I, after 25-years of conscientiously avoiding any ‘political’ comment, have run out of patience as you can hear on “The Scream”. Apart from two pieces based on Emily Dickinson poems to soften the mood somewhat, I dissect the human condition as I see it: greed, privilege, inequality, prejudice, discrimination, gullibility, stupidity, and anti-intellectualism with a response that expresses anger, frustration and, most of all, disappointment and disillusionment.

The instruments used include piano, organ, electric piano, synths, acoustic & electric guitars, bass & fuzz bass, electronics, drums, percussion, vocals and narration. “The Scream” is a private release, but CDs will be hand-made on demand at a cost of £5 for delivery within the UK (Europe will be a little bit more) with £3.00 towards production, postage and packaging and £2 for each sale to the WATER AID charity.

Please contact phil7jackson@outlook.com for further information or to purchase a copy. PS If you are interested in “air>fire>ice>” as well the total cost would be £8 all-in-all for the two CDs with a total of £5 going towards WATER AID. For prices to Europe please ask.
