LE ORME RETURNS!

There are PFM and Banco and Le Orme, three of the giants of Italian prog rock. The prospect of a new double album LE ORME AND FRIENDS is a nice surprise. Its release has been announced for 13th October with a farewell tour (Let’s hope it’s not the end!) arranged to start in 14th October in Milan to mark the 50th anniversary of Le Orme’s famous album ‘Felona e Serona’ which featured PETER HAMMILL.

Former band members are to be invited to play on the studio songs and live on tour. It is sad that the UK is so seldom a destination for Euro prog groups!
