SPACE DEBRIS – BEHIND THE GATE (2017/ 2024) (Bandcamp)

It was nice to hear from Christian Jäger that “Behind the Gate” has been re-released. This was actually recorded over 2015 and 2016 and contains the epic three-part ‘Summernightdrive’ (over 25 minutes in total). The line-up at the time was Tommy Gorny on guitar, Winnie Rambach-Sator on keyboards, Janni Schmitt on bass and Christian on drums. In case you haven’t heard them, Space Debris is essentially an improvisational rock band who excel in a live setting and distil many of the classic progressive rock influences of old into an intoxicating mix. I have already featured them on DISS and written many reviews of their music for Acid Dragon. I will return later with another feature, I am sure!
