Thanks to this Berlin band for contacting DISS regarding their single which in their words “combines reverb-drenched guitar solos with an atmospheric, slow psychedelic section (I would add a touch of the blues!) and groovy bass lines.” The theme of the song is connection and exploration, making a journey just to see where the road leads. Listening to it I noted the “earthy riffs” they refer to in the press release, and also the retro sound, with a nifty concise guitar break to top it off. The band show promise, citing The Doors and The Velvet Underground among their influences. ‘Take Me Where You Go’ is the first of seven singles to be released in 2025, with presumably an album on the horizon. Watch this space!
